GPL Expressions — Return & Refund Policy

At GPL Expressions, we take pride in providing high-quality skincare products prepared with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.


1. All Sales Policy

Because of hygiene and safety standards, all skincare and body care products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Personal preference (scent, texture, or results)

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before full use.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


3. Shipping Issues

GPL Expressions is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please verify your shipping details before completing your order.


4. Heat & Storage Disclaimer

Many GPL Expressions products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

Minor changes in texture or consistency due to heat do not affect product quality and are not considered defects or grounds for refunds.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages and storing products according to care instructions.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by GPL Expressions.


6. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes cannot be made.
